LCI-90 Standard

LCI 90 Thumbnail
The LCI-90 features a smaller enclosure than the LCI-100 and is designed as a "drop in" replacement for existing line control instruments. The display is UL and CE listed, network configurable, fully programmable and comes equipped with six alarms and 3 modes of analog sensor calibration. As with all LCI displays the LCI-90 is protected from the elements with a 316 stainless front panel with fully sealed push-buttons offering NEMA 4X-level watertight protection. More on the LCI-90

LCI-100 Standard

LCI 100 Thumbnail
LCI-100 is a full featured UL Listed instrument that controls and monitors line speed, payout, and tension (both cable and chain) in single/multi winch systems used for equipment deployment, fixed-place mooring, barge positioning, drawbridge controls and wherever accurate and reliable line control is required. Six Channel Inputs with up to Four Optional Channel Analog Outputs. The LCI-100 is network configurable, fully programmable, equipped with six alarms and offers 4 modes of analog sensor calibration. LCI-90R Remote

LCI 90R Thumbnail
The LCI-90R is a remote winch line display designed to directly interface with either a LCI-100 or LCI-90 local unit.  Up to 32 remote LCI-90R displays can be linked together with a single local unit to form a shipwide winch monitoring network. Tension, payout, and line speed are displayed on a bright 320x240 electroluminescent display for unmatched readability in all light conditions. Serial networking capability (via the local unit) allows the operator to configure parameter position, scale, and units on all remote LCI-90R displays in the network. As with our full-featured LCI-100 and LCI-90 instruments, these displays can be flush panel mounted (standard application), or bracket mounted when ordered with an optional watertight stainless steel rear enclosure. LCI Drum Counter Display

LCI Drum Counter Display Thumb
Measurement Technology NW’s LCI Drum Counter monitors are used to display line payout and speed for applications where payout sensors are mounted on the winch drum. Both our LCI-100 and LCI-90 units are available in Drum Counter configurations. As in every LCI unit, heavy-duty 316 stainless steel front panels and five sealed tactile pushbuttons perform flawlessly in extreme environments. The bright electroluminescent display panel is protected by an epoxy-sealed polycarbonate window, where payout and speed data are displayed as both a digital number and a horizontal bar graph. LCI Dual Tension

LCI Dual Tension Thumb
LCI Dual Tension Display models are used to display two independent channels of line tension for winch and wire rope applications. Both the LCI-100 and the LCI-90 units are available in Dual Tension Display configurations. The LCI Dual Tension Displays can be user configured to accept inputs from two individual tension sensors, display the parameters in different units and resolutions, enable up to six channels of tension alarms (3 per tension input), and select serial communication options. The LCI "Quad" display combines the features of our Standard and Dual Tension models. The LCI "Quad" configuration can be used to monitor line speed, payout, and two lines of tension in a variety of winch and wire rope applications. The compact LCI-90 and full featured LCI-100 displays are both available in the 4-parameter "Quad" configuration. More on the LCI Quad

LCI Dual Winch

LCI Dual Winch
A perfect solution for situations where two winches are located close together, or the winch is a double-drum configuration. The Dual Winch Monitor allows you to monitor both lines, including tension, payout and speed, all on one display. More on the Dual Winch

LCI 4/8 Tension

LCI 4/8 Tension
The 4/8 Dual Tension Display can monitor either 4 or 8 independent points of tension, simultaneously. All the required line data is brought into one display unit for efficient, economical operation. High/Low alarms can be set for each channel, and the display’s serial output (RS-232 and RS-485) can stream the channels of tension data, perfect for applications that require continuous data logging.
