Line Control Software by Measurement Technology NWWinchDAC Software
For single winch applications, WinchDAC software will
display line tension, payout, and speed in addition to providing data logging and
setup storage capabilities. With WinchDAC, signals from count and force sensors mounted on each winch are
captured and converted into engineering units by an LCI processor, and the
resulting data moves through a serial interface to a central PC for viewing and data collection/analysis.

WinchDAC (SCADA) Software
For multiple winch applications, WinchDAC SCADA software will
display line tension, payout, and speed for up to 12 winches in addition to providing data logging and
setup storage capabilities via a central PC computer. Signals from count and force sensors mounted on each winch are
captured and converted into engineering units by an LCI processor, and the
resulting data moves through a serial interface to a central PC for viewing and data collection/analysis.

Tugboat Line Monitor Software
Measurement Technology NW’s line monitoring program for tugboats is a
groundbreaking software/hardware package that tracks winch line tension
history over time and allows towing and ship assist operators accurately
monitor the usage and safe remaining working life of their synthetic or
wire ropes.

MarQuip® Mooring Software
The advanced MarQuip® Mooring and Vessel Approach System developed by Measurement
Technology NW provides accurate, real-time monitoring of docking status and
mooring line tension for improved terminal safety and efficiency. A variety of
modules can be added to meet the demands of the marine terminal’s monitoring
requirements.

Tension Master Software
Tension Master force and displacement monitoring software has been designed
for use with high capacity tensile test machines. MTNW’s
Tension Master Software calculates
Force/Displacement vs Time plots that is very useful in proof and
destructive testing operations. The ultimate tensile strength of the object
under test is very evident in the graphs generated during each test.
